The lady staff at front desk with the short blonde hair is very rude had such a horriable experience getting my power cut on. I would not reccomend living here they might cut your lights off on the strength! VERY VERY RUDE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!

They over charge you and tell you that if you don't pay it "they don't care, they'll just cut off your utilities." They also charge an ridiculous amount to pay your bill online. They charged me 14.41 to pay my bill online. They don't accept payments over the phone and charge TWO 25 dollar late fees in one month. some of us work full time jobs and cant get to the office between 8 to 5. I can not wait to get out of Grantville city limits so i don't ever have to deal with the rude people that work in their office. The lady's there act like they are above you. If your thinking about moving to Grantville, please please do yourself a favor and look else where.
